The treatment process of our company can be divided into four aspects: pretreatment, biological treatment, deep treatment, and disinfection and discharge.

1. Pretreatment: Grid plate filtration to remove large solid particles in wastewater, such as hair, debris, etc. Balance the water content of water quality and convert the pH value of wastewater to provide strong guarantee for subsequent treatment. Finally, add coagulant to make solid matter, colloidal particles and some chemical substances in wastewater form floccules and remove them through sedimentation tanks.

2. Biological treatment

In an anaerobic environment, anaerobic microorganisms are used to decompose the microorganisms in wastewater into gases such as methane and carbon dioxide, reducing the COD (chemical oxygen demand) of wastewater. Next, aerobic treatment, the wastewater after anaerobic treatment enters the aerobic treatment unit, such as activated sludge method, biological contact oxidation method, etc., to further degrade chemical substances and improve the biodegradability of wastewater.

3. Deep treatment

For chemical substances in wastewater that have not yet been biodegraded, chemical oxidation methods (such as ozone oxidation) are used for oxidative decomposition. It is also necessary to use activated carbon and other adsorbents to remove the color, odor and some difficult-to-degrade organic matter in the wastewater. In terms of membrane separation technology, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and other membrane technologies can be used to remove tiny particles, soluble solids, etc. in the wastewater to improve the discharge standard.

4. Disinfection and discharge

The treated wastewater is disinfected, such as ultraviolet disinfection, to kill pathogenic microorganisms in the wastewater, to ensure that it is discharged safely after meeting the discharge standard.
