In the raw material selection process, high-quality human hair is usually prioritized, such as Indian hair or European hair, which are known for their soft texture, good shine, and durability. Different types of hair from various regions are typically blended in specific proportions based on product positioning and customer needs to achieve optimal results. During hair pre-treatment, professional cleaning equipment is used, along with a gentle, dual-purpose shampoo that cleans and conditions. The hair is gently agitated at approximately 40°C water temperature for 20 minutes at 40 rotations per minute to remove impurities and odors. The wig cap construction is also crucial. Common materials include lace and breathable mesh. When making a lace cap, a precise knitting process is used, ensuring 100-120 mesh holes per square centimeter for comfort and breathability. For hair implantation, skilled workers use a manual technique, implanting approximately 100-150 hairs per hour, strictly following the natural hair growth direction and density for a realistic look. Finally, in the styling and trimming stage, the stylist will follow the design to create the desired look.Professional hair styling tools, such as sharp scissors and thin-bladed shears, are used for precise trimming of the wig, controlling the length variation at the ends to within 5-8 mm to achieve the desired shape. The dyeing process is strictly controlled; the correct dye color is selected according to the color chart, and a gradual dyeing method is used, applying the dye in 3-4 applications, with 15-20 minutes between each application to ensure even and lasting color. Styling ensures the wig maintains its shape; professional styling spray and heat tools are used to heat and set the wig at 60-70°C for 15-20 minutes, guaranteeing a stable shape. Quality control involves multiple inspection stages, from the flatness of the base to the firmness of the hair fibers and the overall appearance, with each wig inspected for at least 5 minutes according to strict quality standards. Packaging is crucial for protecting the wig; custom-made cardboard or plastic boxes are used, lined with soft foam and silk fabric to prevent damage during shipping.
